really awful experience here. they mislead me significantly around consultation fee. and even after spending thousands with them, they wouldnt allow me to apply the $350 consult fee to the service provided or anything else that wasnt surgical. and then they blamed it on the fact that the person who told me i could apply it to the original service, and then promised i could apply it to any aesthetic service, is no longer with them. i am not sure why i am being punished for hiring someone who poorly communicated company policy multiple times.

Just a straight up scam of a place. They told me the $350 consult fee would be applied to my Aspen Treatment. after treatment, I went to pay and they said sorry we can only apply that to skin treatments. So when I called back to book the skin treatment, they said it only applies to surgery and the person who promised me otherwise doesnt work there anymore so the best they could offer is a $2000 invasive skin treatment I dont even need. It is NOT my fault their receptionist mislead me more than once. But I will never ever recommend someone here. She also did not have an authorized aspen person there and performed it herself bc they had also left the office. Just dont go!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Trott!!! She is so kind and caring and makes you feel like she’s fully dedicated to you and helping you to feel your best. She performed a breast reduction and axillary breast tissue removal about a year ago and the results were amazing. You can’t even tell I had surgery. Dr. Trott is so precise with each surgery and takes all the time she needs to get fantastic and long-lasting results. She goes over every procedure step-by-step to make sure you fully understand what is happening and feel comfortable with all the decisions being made. Dr. Trott is an absolute joy to work with and I recommend her to every single person I know even remotely interested in any type of plastic surgery.
