I am giving his office 1-star due to the following... I had emailed Dr. Steinbrech's office wanting some information on a lower blepharoplasty & fat grafting. I was responded to promptly but with a generic one-liner text message. The text message sent to me was a simple one which was going over what a blepharoplasty was (which I already knew) and telling me to come in for a consult - which is $400. I texted back multiple times telling whoever it was messaging me (person texting me never identified themselves) and said for them to call me as it is impersonal and unhelpful to respond in the manner that they did. Nobody called me so I called them and spoke with someone named Josh. He was very bland with me on the phone giving me one worded answers. When I asked him why Dr. Steinbrech was so expensive (much more than other doctors, as I have already received quotes from others), he gave me some bogus answer saying that Dr. Steinbrech's patients are 90% men, more than any other doctor in the world. What in God's name does that have anything to do with why he is outrageously expensive. Since my initial call to them there has been no follow-up from the office. I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks for making this easy for me.

Dr. Steinbrech has changed my life forever! He's a wonderful surgeon: Kind, direct, and understanding. He's also extremely passionate about his profession and his specialty, which comes off immediately upon meeting him. He understood exactly what I wanted and took the time to make sure I understood the realistic process and results I could expect. His deft hand did a number of procedures on me and all have turned out spectacularly -- changing the way I look and feel beyond what I could have hoped for.
