Dr.Rich and her staff are amazing!!! This is my second breast augmentation with them. My last one was 8 years ago, and I just had my second one about a month ago. Everything went smoothly. Pre and post op went great! They explained everything throughly and answered all my questions. The day of my surgery it also went smoothly everything was on time and no issues. After surgery I didn’t have much pain at all. I’m very happy with my results. I recommend them 100%.

I have had a great experience with Dr Rich & staff from the moment I walked through the door. She was very thorough, attentive and open for questions leading up to my implant removal with breast lift, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable as well. Surgery came and went without any issues and follow-ups have been a breeze. I would recommend Dr Rich, she is very experienced and her and her staff are dedicated to their patients.

Dr. Rich is patient and a good listener. She strives for perfection and I am very pleased with my procedures. Her clinic staff is kind and very prompt! I have referred many of my friends and loved ones to Dr. Rich and will continue to do so. She is the best in town!

We have used Dr. Rich for 4 plastic surgeries now. (Breast reduction, tummy tuck, under the chin liposuction and breast implants for my wife). Each time we have been taken care of before, during and after the surgery. Dr. Rich is highly skilled, honest and down to earth. Her team is professional, organized and always friendly. We will definitely continue to use this practice for any future needs.

I cannot recommend Dr Rich enough. After researching a while I finally decided to meet with Dr Rich for a implant exchange consultation. I am a mom of 4 daughters (I just had twins 4 months ago). I had breast augmentation 12 years ago and was ready to switch from saline to silicone and fill my breast back out. When I went in to speak with her we hit it off immediately. I loved her staff and Dr Rich’s honesty. We had a lot in common, and chatted about everyday life for a little while. When talking to her I had mentioned I had been in accident on a horse causing the saddle horn to take a hard blow to my stomach. I showed her the knot I had been living with above my belly button for 5 years. She immediately told me she could fix that and I would be good as new! I had been living with this awful looking knot above my bellybutton and never thought the damage could be fixed, but boy was I wrong! It took me no time at all to know I was booking the surgery. I came home and talked with my husband and he immediately agreed Dr Rich was the best surgeon for me. I called Blanca back the next morning and booked the next available surgery! I am now post 1 week breast augmentation and tummy tuck with the repair to the awful knot (scar tissue and fluid build up). I even decided to place a small amount of fat in my rear for a fuller look. I could not be happier! I look better then I ever imagined, especially 4 kids later. I have severe anxiety and every little thing worries me or scares me, especially when it comes to my health. Dr Rich and her staff have been so attentive, answered ever question Iv had, comforted me, and have had me back in the office every other day to check me and make sure everything is perfect! I’m never one to leave a review or brag, but Dr Rich and her team deserve to be bragged on!!! They have changed my life and I consider them friends now! My husband is total anti plastic surgery and he is even thrilled with the results and loves Dr Rich and staff just as much as I do.... and that’s really saying something haha! They are all around the best team to work with and I can’t rave on them enough. They truly are like family to us now! If your thinking about having any type of work done don’t hesitate!!! I am happy as ever and will forever be thankful for Dr Rich and her staff!
