I highly recommend Dr. Zbar. His staff were super friendly and helpful. The procedure to remove a lump from my face was easy, just as Dr Zbar had discussed. He put me at ease before, during and even after. The healing process was simple. The scar is very hard to see. I am grateful. He takes insurance, so there were no surprises. In today's world, Dr Zbar's office took time to make me feel welcomed. I really appreciate that.

My Dad is a patient of Dr Zbar. He was supposed to to have a procedure done a few months ago, but became very ill. A few days after canceling his appointment, we received a letter from Dr Zbar explaining that while his surgery was necessary, that he needed to get well first and sent his best wishes. Needless to say, we were impressed with his compassion.

Dr zbar and his office staff are unprofessional and rude, having had at least 3 surgeries, and at my post op visit he told me to call my insurance company (Aetna) and "pressure" them to pay for the services because he had"overhead"to take care of and if they did not I would receive a "very big bill" which I would have to pay. I did call the insurance company 3 times, at least 2 hours each time and they advised me that the wrong codes were used to submit the bills, so his office was called and Margaret yelled, told me the insurance company was lying and hung up the phone!!! So today I have been turned over for collection. Now both Dr Zbar and his office new what insurance I had BEFORE any procedures were done, If they were not willing to accept it they should have advised me and I am sure another Dr would have been found. I have been dealing with Dr's since my first husband was ill in 1967 and NEVER had a Dr speak to me the way he did and again with my second husband through dialysis, stroke and more and NEVER dealt with the likes of him. Sadly when he took the oath to do no harm, he stepped out of that class, his bedside manner leaves so much to be desired and I am every so sorry that I ever had any dealings so beware!!! I am again on the phone with the insurance company (July 28th) regarding the claim from 2-4-22 (5 months out) and the insurance company just called the Dr's office and spoke to Margaret who proceeded to advise them that they are lying and the young lady at the insurance company said she was extremely rude but I expected nothing less, All she has to do is re fax the information but no she just want's to be as inept as possible so no info, no payment and I am dome. The next step for me is my lawyer. I an NOT paid to do your office work, evidently your office staff is not capable! If you are in need of payment so badly I wonder why, what is going on???? Drugs, alcohol, gambling??? Going after a 78 year old woman is just so unprofessional, I am so done with you!!!

Dr. Zbar is truly amazing at what he does a true artist. His bedside manner is great he eased my worries and explained my procedure from a to z. He removed my lipoma over a year ago and you can hardly see the scar. I would and have reccomend him to friends and family.

Wonderful staff and fantastic doctor !! Dr. Zbar helped save me from a nasty cancer on my face. He gave me confidence in his skill and the result is great. I highly recommend him. I found out he wrote a book - can’t wait to check it out.
