My 1 star review is directed towards staff. Shawna “office manager” is very rude and desperately needs customer service coaching . I decided to go here based on dr review, and good pain management. I read all of the reviews and thanks to that I was able to ask specific questions. I thought I was asking all the correct questions by asking them “There are no hidden fees , right?” WRONG! They still found a way to get money out of pocket from me. A PPE charge ???? Who does that????it’s a freakin oral surgeon office. I’ve never heard of such a ridiculous charge! A charge for surgical gloves and disposable gowns!!? Come on !! On top of that they are an in network office for my ins. and are not supposed to charge that fee. They don’t include it on the billing to ins because they know it’s a fictitious charge. Then a therapeutic medication? They made no mention of this on the 3 calls I made to the office prior to the surgery date. Tgey hit me with all this on the morning of the appointment, how convenient. Then I call to ask for an itemized receipt of my out of pocket expense because my $50.00 deductible doesn’t reflect on the receipt and Shawna was argumentative and okie doking me on the phone. I literally had to hang up on her because she just kept going running her mouth. I should have gone with my gut feeling and took my business elsewhere. Will not recommend this office to anyone. I’d be embarrassed if I was the dr at this facility and having these reviews about how bad my staff especially my office manager is. Great dr, crappy office manager .

My son had his wisdom teeth removes. All four! Ouch. The staff was friendly and helpful. The procedure was quick and the aftercare instructions were spelled out very well. Thank you
