I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Hancock and the entire team at PVPS. After 5 years of consulting with various surgeons, I was finally confident I had found the right one when I met Dr. Hancock. From my very first consultation, I knew she was the perfect fit for me. Her professionalism and expertise were immediately apparent, and I felt completely at ease in her care. The entire process—from the initial phone call to the post-op follow-ups—was handled with exceptional professionalism and genuine concern for my well-being. The staff, from the nurses to the anesthesiologist, were all incredibly kind and attentive. They made me feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. The facilities at PVPS are top-notch. I visited three of their locations, and each one was clean, welcoming, and pleasant. The surgical center itself was not your typical clinical environment—it was cozy and thoughtfully designed, making the whole experience much more relaxed than I had anticipated. Dr. Hancock is truly a master of her craft, and the nursing staff is second to none. If you're considering plastic surgery, I highly recommend PVPS.
